All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of any significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

We currently do not ship the Nature Connect products outside the UK and EU.
Delivery Terms
1. Change of Delivery Address
You may change your delivery address any time before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address update is required.
2. Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll investigate the delay with our shipping partner and keep you informed.
3. Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow the progress of your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the courier’s investigation is complete.
6. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the shipping provider confirms the loss.
7. Order Cancellations
